These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SynthSketchShop website, digital products, and related services operated by SynthSketchShop ("we", "us", "our").

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

SynthSketchShop uses internal software tools to automate the creation and publication of AI-generated digital art listings for our own Etsy shop, with optional distribution to Pinterest.

These internal tools support:

• Trend discovery and keyword research
• AI image generation from original prompts
• Listing package creation (multiple sizes and formats)
• SEO-optimized title, tag, and description generation
• Automated publishing to Etsy via their official API
• Pin creation on Pinterest via their official API

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using SynthSketchShop, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Owner Access and API Credentials

• Marketplace credentials (Etsy, Pinterest) are authorized by the shop owner through OAuth2 authorization flows.
• No public SynthSketchShop seller accounts are provided through this website.
• You may not attempt to access, use, or interfere with our internal tools or credentials without authorization.
• We may block or restrict access to the website or related services for violations of these Terms.

We never store your marketplace passwords. All access is through OAuth2 tokens that you can revoke at any time from your Etsy or Pinterest account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The SynthSketchShop website, branding, software, algorithms, documentation, and digital products remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

Your Communications: If you contact us, you retain rights in your messages, but you grant us a limited right to use them to respond, provide support, and maintain records related to your inquiry.

Purchased Files: Use of purchased digital files is governed by the license terms in Section 8.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to access, use, or interfere with our internal tools, credentials, or automation systems without authorization
• Use the website or our content in a way that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others
• Violate Etsy or Pinterest terms of service in connection with our products, links, or content
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our software, workflows, or site content beyond what is permitted by law
• Resell access to our website, content, or internal tools without authorization

6. Marketplace Compliance (Internal Operations)

Our internal publishing workflows are designed to comply with applicable marketplace policies, including:

• Etsy Creativity Standards: All AI-generated items must include proper disclosure in listing descriptions
• Etsy Seller Policy: Listings must accurately represent the product being sold
• Pinterest Community Guidelines: Pins must not be misleading or spammy

SynthSketchShop is not liable for marketplace policy actions, listing removals, or account restrictions affecting our shop or third-party platforms.

7. Digital Product Purchases

Products sold through our Etsy shop are digital downloads:

• No returns or refunds — standard for digital downloads
• Exception: If you experience technical issues with a file, contact us within 48 hours and we will resend in an alternative format
• All sales are final after file download

8. Licensing

Personal Use License (included with every purchase):

• Print for personal use, home decoration, and gifts
• NOT for commercial resale or redistribution
• NOT for print-on-demand services

Commercial License (available as add-on):

• Use on products for sale (up to 500 units per design)
• Client projects permitted
• NOT sublicensable or transferable to third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

SynthSketchShop is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for:

• Lost sales, revenue, or business opportunities
• Rejected or removed listings
• API errors, downtime, or service interruptions
• Marketplace account suspensions or restrictions
• Third-party actions affecting your shop or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access to the website or related services for violations of these Terms.
• If you contact us directly, you may request deletion of related correspondence as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Upon termination, you retain ownership of content you lawfully purchased from our Etsy shop, subject to the license terms above.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or announcement on our website.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may stop using the website and services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
